As Air France-KLM continues through its restructuring processes, the top executives of the group are stepping down in July.
Chairman and CEO of Air France-KLM Jean-Cyril Spinetta will relinquish his post in July to Alexandre de Juniac the current chief executive of Air France, while the CEO of KLM, Peter Hartman, will replace Leo Van Wijk as vice chairman of the Air France-KLM board.
Air France-KLM lost €1.1 billion in 2012 and has been attempting to rein in staff costs.
