Air France closes JOLCO on one new 777-300ER

On April 26, Credit Agricole-CIB closed successfully a 12-year Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) for one new 777-300ER (msn 61701) for Air France. The aircraft cost was financed by way of Japanese yen equity and 12-year euro-denominated amortizing senior commercial loan. CIC, DBS and CACIB acted as Debt Arrangers and lenders. CA-CIB also acted as Overall Arranger, Facility Agent and Security Trustee. Watson Farley & William acted as lenders legal counsel.
