Air Centre Helicopters signs services contract for H225 fleet
Air Center Helicopters (ACHI) has signed an Airbus HCare In-Service contract to support its fleet of H225 helicopters on a variety of worldwide missions for the next five years. The include expeditionary airlift, personnel recovery, search and rescue, medevac, Department of Defense, real-world scenario training and disaster relief missions. The full-by-the-hour (FBH) programme provides ‘tip to tail’ replacement coverage of components and is paid at a fixed rate per flight hour, resulting in decreased aircraft downtime and more stable maintenance expenses for ACHI. It augments a previous HCare parts-by-the-hour contract for ten of ACHI’s aircraft which was announced in 2019. We are proud to support ACHI’s critical missions, and we’re pleased they have seen great value in our HCare support and opted to upgrade their agreement,” said Romain Trapp, executive vice president of customer support and services for Airbus Helicopters.
