Air Canada has signed an agreement with GE Aviation for its myEnginesTM, part of the OnPoint Digital Solutions. myEngines consists of digital app suites that help customers better manage their engine fleets and improve productivity. Air Canada operates a fleet of GE90, CF6, CF34 and CFM56* engines.
“myEngines digital services brings engine data right to our customers’
fingertips wherever they are,” said Huntley Myrie, Services Solutions manager for GE Aviation. “With Air Canada’s extensive GE and CFM engine fleet, myEngines will enable the airline to quickly access critical engine data on their smartphone and laptop and desktop computer systems.”
GE launched myEngines with LAN Chile at last year’s Farnborough Air Show with four app suites. Recently, GE added the new Ops app suite focused on helping customers better manage their fleet performance, cost and aircraft/spare engine availability.
