Air Busan hopes to raise 89 billion won ($76 million) in a rights offering in December. The budget carrier unit of Asiana Airlines will issue 30 million shares at 2,970 won per share, first to existing holders on Dec. 7-8 and then in a public offering on Dec. 10-11.
Asiana Airlines holds 44% in the carrier and plans to inject 30 billion won into the rights offering.
