Air Berlin’s passenger numbers fell 4.1% in February. The fall is blamed on reductions in capacity which totaled some 9.4%. Accumulated fleet capacity utilization increased by 4.2% to 75.6% compared to 71.4% for the same month last year. The airline is also to discontinue all Bangkok routes as the same are diverted through the Etihad network and the Abu Dhabi hub.
