The air operators certificate (AOC) for AeroSur has been withdrawn by Bolivian authorities after being grounded since May 18.
Debts led the airline to reduce its fleet and services from February but it has since failed to find investors even though four rescue plans have been presented by a pair of international entrepreneurs. Three have been rejected by the federal government although the final plan is being considered.
