Mexican airline company Grupo Aeromexico is selling 91.4 million shares, including over allotments, in the primary offering where it aims to raise around 2.7 billion pesos ($227 million). The funds are going to be used to raise capital for the group’s investment and growth plans.
Aeromexico expects the shares to price between MXN30 and MXN34 on April 13. It will also sell up to 39.7 million shares in a simultaneous private offering, at the same price as the primary offering.
