Aeromexico has signed a new codeshare agreement with Scandinavian Airlines (SAS), effective today (December 1, 2025).
The partnership will promote enhanced connectivity between the airlines' respective countries and benefits to their customers.
Aeromexico customers will be able to gain access to SAS destinations across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, while SAS customers will have access to Mexico City from Copenhagen, Stockholm, and Oslo via key cities in the US and Canada.
“The implementation of this new agreement allows us to bring our customers closer to a wider variety of destinations, as well as attracting travellers from Scandinavia to the wide range of tourist attractions that Mexico has to offer,” said Aeromexico SVP of global sales Giancarlo Mulinelli.
“With this, we now have codeshare agreements with 14 partner airlines, through which we reinforce our commitment to connecting Mexico with the world, not only through the routes we operate, but also through the network of strategic allies.”
“This expands connectivity to Europe, Asia and North America," said SAS EVP and chief commercial officer Paul Verhagen. "With SAS’ reliable operations and strong on-time performance, journeys remain smooth and predictable."
Members of the airlines' respective loyalty programmes can enjoy reciprocal bonuses, including earning and redeeming points, priority boarding, and lounge access.
