Aergo Capital has announced the sale of two Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Setna iO, a US-based lessor, parts, and MRO provider, on behalf of Raptor Aircraft Finance.
The transaction marks the first time that Aergo Capital has sold aircraft to Setna iO.
Hunter Edens, chief commercial officer at Setna iO, said the aircraft will be used to support American Airlines’ operations.
Clifford Chance acted as lead counsel to Aergo, while Aviation Transaction Advisors and Saul Ewing acted as counsel to Setna iO.
