Aergo Capital has completed the acquisition of one Airbus A320neo on lease to Scandinavian Airlines (SAS).
The aircraft, bearing MSN 7290, was owned by SDH Wings and serviced by AviLease.

Smith Gambrell Russell acted as lead counsel to Aergo. Volofin Capital Management acted as the debt arranger on the transaction.
