AerFin opens new facility in Miami
AerFin has opened its new 35,000 square foot aircraft on ground (AOG) and engine storage facility in vicinity to the Miami International Airport. The facility will hold an inventory of fast-moving part numbers for Airbus, Boeing, and E-Jet platforms, as well as CF34, CFM56, and V2500 engine materials. ""With our highly-skilled and dedicated team, extensive inventory, robust infrastructure, and state-of-the-art facilities, we are well-equipped to cater to the needs of our Americas customers,"" said AerFin SVP Americas Jackie Fernandez. AerFin CEO Simon Goodson added: ""This marks a significant milestone in our growth journey, from initially locating in-country inventory a little over 5 years ago to now establishing our own operation in a key aviation hub, and allowing us better serve the needs of our existing and future customers."" The company has also expanded its sales team, with more onboarding to follow for its operations team.
