AerFin continues its acquisition programme

During May, AerFin Ltd (UK) has purchased two Embraer E170 aircraft (MSN 17000106 and MSN 17000093) from SMBC Aviation Capital.

Bob James, CEO, AerFin Ltd commented: “AerFin continues to work with a number of regional airlines to progress the continued operation of the E170 aircraft under an inclusive AerFin spares support program”.

Also in May, AerFin purchased one A340-300 aircraft MSN 374 which will remain in continued operation following reconfiguration.

“We continue to experience market demand for quality A340-300 aircraft for continued operation under AerFin CFM56-5C4 engine and component support programs,” says James.

In April, AerFin’s portfolio was boosted with the purchase of Boeing 737-700 aircraft (MSN 30136). James adds:  “There are a number of exit strategies including disassembly for spares due to sustained demand for CFM56-7B and B737 NG airframe material from the growing AerFin customer base.”
