AerFin acquires four A320neo aircraft through strategic partnership with Middle Eastern investor

Aviation asset specialist AerFin has acquired four A320neo aircraft through a collaboration with a Middle Eastern investor.

The jets are 2017 vintage and were acquired from Aviation Capital Group (ACG).

The company said this acquisition will strengthen its “commitment to providing high-quality used serviceable material (USM)" and supporting its aftermarket capabilities. AerFin added that the acquisition of this successful narrowbody platform also “presents a key opportunity” to provide high-quality parts in an aftermarket where demand exceeds supply.

“The acquisition of these A320neo aircraft highlights our ability to secure high-value assets and provide airlines with sustainable, cost-effective solutions,” said AerFin CEO Simon Goodson. “Our customers rely on us for quality, reliability and innovation, and this deal strengthens our ability to deliver exactly that.”

AerFin chief investment officer Auvinash Narayen added: “The A320neo aircraft represent an important addition to our portfolio, and this deal reflects our agility and expertise in navigating complex transactions.”

AerFin did not disclose the name of the investor.
