AerDragon Aviation Leasing Company has closed the commercial financing of one A320neo (MSN 12028) on lease to Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS), the second of a two aircraft mandate. The first was previously delivered to SAS on February 8 2024.
Credit Agricole and Investment Bank (CACIB) acted as mandated lead arranger of the two-aircraft financing, as well as acting as agent and security agent, CACIB and Credit Industriel et Commercial acted as lenders.
AerDragon was represented by Allen & Overy. The finance parties were represented by K&L Gates and SAS by Norton Rose Fulbright. Matheson acted as Irish counsel to AerDraghon, William Fry acted as Irish counsel to the lenders, Vinge acted as Swedish council and DWF as French counsel.
