AerCap has priced $600 million of senior notes due 2023at 4.125%. The notes will be fully and unconditionally guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
Citi, Credit Agricole, Morgan Stanley and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey are serving as joint bookrunners.
