The banks coordinating the partial privatization of Spanish regulator AENA have been announced as BBVA, Santander, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.
The Spanish government will retain a 51% stake in AENA, 21% is to be sold to selected institutional investors, and the remainder will be publicly floated.
