Miami-based Aeronautical Engineers (AEI) said Mexican carrier Aeronaves has ordered six AEI CJR200 SF freighter conversions.
The work on the aircraft is being carried out at AEI's facility in Alabama, with the first to be sent to Aeronaves in June 2023 and the last a year later.
Aeronaves in March ordered a Boeing conversion from AEI, which in 2022 delivered over 40 converted aircraft to customers around the world.
