Aegean Airlines new shares resulting from its capital increase that paid cash with pre-emptive rights in favour of the existing shareholders, have begun trading on the Athens Exchange.
Some 18,750,000 new common registered shares, with a nominal value of €0,65 each were issued following the share capital increase approved on May 14, 2021.
Aegean Airlines raised €60 million via the offering.
