ACG has announced the appointment of Rae Ann McKeating as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for ACG, effective immediately. McKeating will be responsible for leading the ACG Legal Department and will serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, as well as continuing her responsibilities as ACG’s Chief Compliance Officer.
McKeating joined ACG in 2007, having previously served with both Hawaiian Airlines and Willis Lease Finance as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
