ACG announces raft of promotions

Aviation Capital Group (ACG) has promoted several executives in acknowledgement of their "outstanding commitment and contributions".

Chief revenue officer Carter White has been named executive vice president, chief revenue officer and is expected to play a "critical role" in the company's growth.

Marwan Amr is to be senior vice president, counsel & assistant secretary after a spell helping manage leasing and trading deals in the legal department at ACG.

After seven years as vice president during which he played a "key role" in the company's acquisition by Tokyo Century, Mark Lang has been named senior vice president, financial planning and analysis.

Cory Brewer, who joined ACG in 2018 as senior financial analyst, has been promoted to assistant vice president, aircraft trading and "is now focusing predominately on mid-life asset sales, in facilitation of ACG’s portfolio management strategy".

Steven Nishikawa is assistant vice president, accounting and reporting after around tw0-and-a-half years as a director of accounting and reporting. "Steven will be responsible for direct oversight of all financial reporting and accounting matters, including quarterly audits and reviews, quarterly accounting close, assisting with the preparation of offering memorandums and working directly with other departments on operational transactions", ACG said.

Helen Zhu, who like Nishikawa joined ACG in 2018,  has been named assistant vice president, attorney, a job that will see her operate as primary legal advisor to the new aircraft management team group.
