Abu Dhabi Airports’ Midfield Terminal Building (MTB) is inviting bids from potential commercial partners to attract global bidders to move into the new airport.
Retailers, food and beverage operators, and leading brands from all around the world are being invited to submit bids for commercial opportunities for the MTB which is due to open in July 2017. Encased within a spectacular design, a total of 28,000 square meters of space will be available, comprising of 18,000 square meters of retail and 10,000 square meters for food and beverage outlets.
As a completely new commercial development, bidders will have the opportunity to build and brand their chosen space from a blank canvas, rather than work under the constraints of an existing outlet. The commercial space offered represents a rare opportunity to outlets, as it will expose them to the 30+ million passengers who are forecasted to pass through the Midfield Terminal Complex in a few years’ time.
