Aviation services provider AAR has elected Jeffrey Edwards to its board of directors, effective immediately. The appointment increases the company's board of directors from 11 to 12 members.
Edwards is partner and chairman of New Vernon Capital and prior to this he served several positions at Merrill Lynch, such as chief financial officer. He has over 40 years of experience in the financial services sector.
