Spirit AeroSystems CFO Mark Suchinski steps down

Spirit AeroSystems chief financial officer and senior vice president Mark Suchinski has stepped down from his role on June 5, 2024. He has served in the role since 2020. “Mark Suchinski has been a strong leader in critical roles serving Spirit AeroSystems for nearly two decades,” said Spirit AeroSystems Patrick Shanahan. “His leadership and vision have greatly contributed to our success.” On the same day, Suchinski was appointed as senior vice president and chief financial officer at the GEO Group. The company specialises in design, financing, development, and support services for secure facilities, processing centres, and community re-entry centres in
