UK-based Cabinair Services has acquired a majority shareholding in Latvian-based aviation engineering and design house AeroKnow SIA. Cabinair Services will integrate AeroKnow’s expertise in EASA part21J design organisation approval (DOA) and EASA part 21G production organisation approval (POA). “By combing our resources and expertise, we are ready to offer even more innovative, efficient and sustainable solutions to our current and new customers,” said Cabinair Services managing director Martin Bonner.
