Genesis, the Dublin based commercial aircraft leasing company, has successfully closed a $450 million warehouse facility to enable further acquisitions of aircraft in 2024. The facility was led by Citibank, with Morgan Stanley and Bank of America as co-lenders.   “I am delighted to announce the closing of our warehouse facility, am grateful for the continued support of Citibank and Morgan Stanley, and welcome Bank of America as a new lender,” said Genesis CFO Adam Smyth. “The upsized warehouse facility represents a further step in our growth plans as Genesis continues to acquire assets in 2024 and beyond.”
