Crédit Agricole CIB has closed the financing of one B737-8 MAX aircraft delivered new to flydubai on May 16, 2024. The aircraft was funded under a Japanese Operating Lease (JOL) structure arranged by JP Lease Products & Services (JPLS) on behalf of Japanese investors, with JLPS Ireland acting as servicer.   This is the second JOL financing closed this year by Crédit Agricole CIB with JP Lease Products & Services for flydubai. The French bank acted as mandated lead arranger, lender, hedge provider, agent and security trustee.
