Bombardier has priced a $750 million aggregate principal amount of new senior notes due June 1, 2032, with a coupon of 7.000% and is expected to close on June 5, 2024. The proceeds are intended to be used to fund the repayment of outstanding indebtedness, including the redemption of $338 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7.125% senior notes due 2026 and of $450 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 7.875% senior notes due 2027.
