FAA invests $27 million into university research funding

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investing $27 million into universities across the US, with research teams working on a variety of environmental aviation topics including sustainable aviation fuels, aircraft emissions and noise impact. The funding forms part of the FAA’s ASCENT programme.
