AM Green Technology and Solutions, an arm of the AM Green Group, will acquire Finnish biorefining technology provider Chempolis Oy. It has also signed an agreement to acquire Fortum’s shares in Assam Bio Refinery in India. AM Green will establish large-scale bio refineries that will utilise multiple feedstocks & produce green products to facilitate the decarbonisation of the aviation industry and other sectors. The company will also invest around $1bn to develop alcohol-to-jet SAF plants by 2027 for global airline decarbonisation.
