Norwegian reports passenger figures for July

The Norwegian group served a total of 2.85 million passengers during July 2024. Looking at the groups two airlines, Norwegian transported 2.5 million passengers during the month – the highest amount since 2019, while Widerøe served a total of 331,000 passengers. “We look forward to continuously improving the travel experience across the entire Norwegian group for all our passengers,” said Geir Karlsen, CEO of Norwegian. Norwegian’s capacity was up 10 percent from the same period last year, while actual passenger traffic, measured in RPKS, was up 10% over July 2023.
